Technology & AI engine
Capture a stable low-grade source, upgrade it with heat pumps under machine-learning control, deliver usable heat. Two delivery paths share one architecture.
Industrial pipeline
- 01
Capture
Extract waste heat from refinery liquid effluent, process cooling loops and cooling towers. Sensors monitor flow rate and temperature continuously.
- 02
Upgrade
AI-governed water-to-water and air-to-water heat pumps amplify temperature using minimal electricity. Machine learning ingests real-time flow, temperature and steam demand to optimise compressor speeds — without disrupting primary operations.
- 03
Industrial supply
Deliver pre-heated boiler feedwater directly to refinery boilers, cutting natural gas combustion.
- 04
Facility supply
Deliver space heating and domestic hot water to administrative complexes and district heating networks.
The defensible layer
The heat pumps are commodity hardware. The control policy and the digital twin are not. Optimising compressor speed against live process demand without touching the primary process is the reason a plant manager lets us near it at all.
Urban transit & municipal
Urban pipeline
Simpler and cheaper: modular air-source heat pumps at existing ventilation nodes. Capture happens before the air escapes the shaft, so nothing about metro operation changes.
Capture tunnel air

Modular ASHP
COP 3.0
Building heating
50–60 °C · Domestic hot water
The same loop cools the tunnels — relief for the 82 energy-intensive ventilators currently in service.
Why it beats a standard heat pump
A conventional air-source heat pump pulls from freezing winter air: high electricity demand, low efficiency, high cost. We pull from a stable warm source year-round.
Standard ASHP
COP ~2.0
- Source temperature
- 0 °C
- Electricity demand

It earns its keep in both seasons
The answer to “this is only a winter product”.
Industrial & downstream
Boiler feedwater pre-heating and facility space heating — direct gas OPEX reduction.
Urban transit & municipal
Recovers heat efficiently from stable tunnel air.
